Tim Bowie is co-founder of Shut the Fudge Up Academy and a cornerstone of the Lifter Leadership team, where he empowers organizations to unlock resilience, creativity, and performance by developing Lifter Leaders at every level. Known for his infectious optimism and practical wisdom, Tim is an expert in building resilient, adaptable teams and cultures where everyone is lifted to their best.

Tim holds a B.S. in Interpersonal Communications from Ohio University, blending deep people skills with a mastery of proven business frameworks. He is a Certified Professional Business Coach (PBCA), a Level II Certified Adaptability Quotient (AQai) Professional, and a One Page Business Plan Certified specialist. Tim is also certified in Everything DiSC behavioral models, the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and is a Master Financial Coach through Dave Ramsey Solutions. As a Business Master Class and Hero’s Journey Leader with Darren Hardy, Tim has guided countless clients to discover their inner Lifter, rise through adversity, and achieve new heights of resilience and performance.
